49702/19/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesPUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF RICHLAND ZONING HEARING BOARD The Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on the evening of Tuesday, March 17, 2026 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 4019 Dickey Road, Gibsonia PA 15044 to consider the following: Hearing #26-3 Applicant Giant Oil, LLC Property Location 4100 Grandview Drive, Gibsonia PA 15044 Lot and Block #1832-L-1 Zoning District CC Community Commercial Applicant applying for the following variance and appeal: Relief from Richland Township Zoning Ordinance Chapter 27, Sections 27-509.F and 27-509, Table 4 1. Which require that certain bufferyards be installed along the Route 8 and Grandview Drive frontages of the property. The applicant is proposing to install bufferyards which do not fully satisfy the bufferyard requirements. All application documents relative to the above application are available in the Township Zoning Office during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend.
