49704/02/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesPUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF RICHLAND ZONING HEARING BOARD The Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on the evening of Tuesday, April 21, 2026 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 4019 Dickey Road, Gibsonia PA 15044 to consider the following: Hearing #26-6 Applicant Muslim Association of Greater Pittsburgh Property Location 5725 North Montour Road, Gibsonia PA 15044 Lot and Block #2187-S-10 Zoning District "RR" Rural Residential Applicant applying for the following variance and appeal: Relief from Richland Township Zoning Ordinance Chapter 27, Section 27-505.A, Table 2 1. Which requires buildings to be set back at least 50 feet from road right-of-way lines. The applicant is proposing to construct an addition which would be set back 30 feet from the road right-of-way of Bakerstown Road. 2. Which requires buildings to be set back at least 40 feet from side property lines. The applicant is proposing to construct an addition which would be set back 20 feet from the property's western side property line. 3. Which limits lot coverage of buildings on a single lot to 10%. The applicant is proposing to construct an addition which would create a lot coverage of 15.2%.
