NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Supervisors of Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360, to consider an application for a modification of the requirements of Chapter 23 (Stormwater Management) of the Code of Ordinances of Stroud Township. The application has been submitted by Wai S. Lau, the owner of the subject property, located at 3452 Crestwood Drive, East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel No. 17.15A.2.189, in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District. The applicant seeks a modification under § 23-110 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Management Ordinance to the riparian buffer requirements of § 23-303, in connection with the proposed installation of a deck platform supporting a hot tub within the outer riparian buffer of Highland Lake.
