INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by Greenwood Township Supervisors, 90 Shed Road, Millville, PA 17846 until 3:00PM on March 9, 2026 and opened at 7:00PM on March 9, 2026 for fuel. Quantities are: 6000 gallons Off Road Diesel, 2000 gallons #2 Heating Oil, and 500 gallons Regular Gasoline, more or less, delivered to the township building as needed. Documentation must be provided to exempt the Township from paying Liquid Fuels Tax. All prices are to be in the format of cents over rack price on day of delivery on forms provided by the township. Invoicing must contain rack price on day of delivery and bid markup. Bid must be clearly marked Fuel Bid on the outside of the envelope.
