INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by Greenwood Township Supervisors, 90 Shed Road, Millville PA 17846 until 3:00 PM on March 9, 2026 and opened on March 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the hauling of 6000 tons, more or less, crushed stone from Pikes Creek Asphalt & Crushed Stone, 528 Trojan Rd, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621 to the Greenwood Township building stockpile. Bidder must be able to maintain an adequate stockpile as directed by the township. Bidder must be able to furnish 6 trucks for large jobs on 48 hours notice. Bids are to be priced on a per ton basis. Fuel escalator and/or de-escalator clause applies, see bid documents for Fuel Clause. Bids must be on forms supplied by the township. Performance Bond, Certificate of Liability and Workmans Compensation Insurance required. Bid must be clearly marked Hauling Bid on the outside of the envelope.
