PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of a public hearing is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247 and 170 as amended) and the Greene Township Code (as amended). The purpose of said public hearing is for the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board to hear a request submitted by Shawn & Marisa White, 5717 Cumberland Highway, Chambersburg, PA 17202 for a determination that a proposed photography studio could be classed as a Home Occupation. The property is located in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) Zoning District. The applicant proposes to occupy a detached accessory structure at the rear of the property with the photography studio. Request is in reference to Greene Township Code, 105-32. Home Occupations, Subsection A.(3)(ii). The public hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in the Greene Township Building Meeting Room, 1145 Garver Lane, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Hearing is open to the public.
