NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Chambersburg Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing as provided in the Zoning Code for the following appeals in Council Chambers on the First Floor of the Utility Departments Addition to Borough Hall, 100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, on TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Appeal Number 1690, Appellant, Brian Zoeller, is requesting variances to subdivide the single-family detached dwellings addressed as 239 East Catherine Street and 325 South Harrison Avenue onto separate lots. The area is zoned Moderate Density Residential. This is an appeal under Sections 300-26 and 300-27. Appeal Number 1691, Appellant, The Zoeller Company, is requesting variances to construct a detached garage at 309 Philadelphia Avenue. The area is zoned Low Density Residential. This is an appeal under Sections 300-19 and 300-133E(1). Appeal Number 1692, Appellant, The Zoeller Company, is requesting a special exception to subdivide the single-family semidetached dwellings addressed as 333 Hood Street and 335 Hood Street onto separate lots. The area is zoned Moderate Density Residential. This is an appeal under Section 300-138.4.
