Sealed proposals will be received by Upper Tulpehocken Township of Berks County at 6501 Old Route 22, Bernville, PA. 19506 until3:00 PM, on March 10, 2026 for the following: Quantity 28087 SY Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Section 470. Bid Packet available from township office.Bids accepted via hard copy or electronically to uptlptwp@comcast.net. Bidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in work described. Preconstruction meeting required-contact Municipality at 610-488-7170 for meeting date.Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
