Sealed proposals will be received by the Upper Tulpehocken Township of Berks County at 6501 Old Rt 22 Bernville, PA. 19506 until 3:00 PM on March 10, 2026, for the following: 39973 SY Cold in Place Recycling 5” Compacted Depth as per PUB 408-3597 TNS 1.5” 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL “M” Bid Packet available from township office. Bids accepted via hard copy or electronically to uptlptwp@comcast.netBidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in work described. Bidders required to review project before bidding contact Municipality 610-488-7170 for meeting date. Prevailing Wage will apply. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
