NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF TULPEHOCKEN TOWNSHIP The Board of Supervisors of Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Tulpehocken Township Building located at 22 Rehrersburg Road in Tulpehocken Township will consider the enactment of the Ordinance summarized below. The complete title and a summary of the proposed Ordinance are as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TULPEHOCKEN, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING REGULATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT MEASURES FOR THE LICENSING, INSPECTION, AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING SHORT TERM RENTALS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF TULPEHOCKEN Section 1 provides definitions. Section 2 provides the rules and regulations for the licensing and operations of short term rentals within the Township of Tulpehocken. Section 3 provides the timing to file the initial short term rental application with the Township of Tulpehocken. Section 4 provides that the Township reserves the right to inspect any short term rental unit. Section 5 provides that the Tulpehocken Township Zoning Officer shall enforce these provisions. Section 6 provides that the regulations contained herein are the minimum standards established for short term rentals. Section 7 is the repealer provision.
