NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE BOROUGH OF WYOMISSING ZONING ORDINANCE NOTICE is hereby given that an application for a variance from the terms of the Borough of Wyomissing Zoning Ordinance has been presented by: Mr. Mahlon Boyer, Esq., on behalf of his client, Lutheran Church of Atonement, owner of property located at 5 Wyomissing Boulevard and identified as Tax Parcel ID No. 96-4396-08-79-9039, is requesting a variance from Section 404, “Area, Yard and Height Requirements”, to allow a maximum building coverage of 28.6%, which is above the maximum building coverage permitted of 25%; and a variance to permit a maximum paved area of 41.8%, which is above the maximum paved coverage permitted of 20%; and a Public Hearing thereon will be held at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Blvd., Wyomissing, PA, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 3:30PM to determine whether or not the applicant's request will be granted. The applicants, all other parties in interest, and all citizens with standing who appear will have an opportunity to be heard.
