ZONING NOTICE The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following applications: For 109 Cottage Street (Parcel No. 8-9-251) in the R-2 – Residential Zoning District by The Lindner Family Trust, which requests the following variances from the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a two-story addition to the rear of the existing dwelling: a variance from Sections 502 and 524 to permit more than the lot coverage permitted and variances from Sections 903, 514 and 514.2 to permit less than the required side yard setback for the addition and mechanical equipment. For 164 East State Street (Parcel No. 8-9-59) in the CR – Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough by Justin Trinkley, who requests a variance from Section 27, Attachment 6:1 to permit less than 10,000 sq. ft. for 2 dwelling units. The applicant proposes to make improvements to the existing dwelling and reconstruct the detached garage which will include a separate dwelling unit on the second floor. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course.
