ZONING NOTICE The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, April 16, 2026, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following application: For 728 North Chubb Drive (Parcel No. 8-15-12) in the R-2 –Zoning District by David and Susan Opperman, who request a variance from Section 514 of the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit less than the required side yard setback for the construction of a two-story addition to the house on the property. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. Persons with disabilities who wish to attend the hearing and require auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to attend should contact Doylestown Borough at 215-345-4140. By: Christen G.
