NOTICE The Summit Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold their Regular Business Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, at 5:30 p.m. with a Pre-Hearing Public Study Session being held at 5:00 p.m. at the Summit Township Building, at 1230 Townhall Road West, Erie, PA. The following petition(s) will be considered: Shane and Jaimie Spaniol 121 Glencoe Road, Parcel ID No. 40-013-086.0-022.00 RLD (Residential - Low Density). The property owners are seeking a variance request to Table 313.01 of the Zoning Ordinance 2021-02 pertaining to the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure and a variance request to Table 313.02 Lot Regulations of the Zoning Ordinance 2021-02 regarding maximum coverage by structure in the RLD (Residential- Low Density Zoning District to construct a pole building as an accessory structure.
