LEGAL NOTICE
The Fairview Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the request of Scott Ticer and Joyce Montigny, owners of the property parcel (21) 31-20.00-4.00, located at 6017 Lake Shore, Erie, PA 16505. The request is for a rear yard variance to construct a residential living and garage addition in R-2 Suburban District.
The hearing will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Fairview Township Municipal Building, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA 16415. Anyone interested with an opinion either for or against this request may be heard.
Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend this meeting should notify the Township at 474-5942 five (5) working days prior to the meeting. The Township will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation.
