TOWNSHIP OF HEMPFIELDNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO ADOPTPursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, the Township of Hempfield will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled public meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time, at the Hempfield Township Municipal Building located at 1132 Woodward Drive, Suite A, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of considering:An Ordinance of the Township of HempfieldAMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2014-02, CODIFIED AS CHAPTER 87 (ZONING) OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HEMPFIELD; SPECIFICALLY, ARTICLE XXX WORD USAGE AND DEFINITIONS," TABLE 1 TABLE OF USES," AND TABLE 3 BULK AND AREA STANDARDS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURESComments will be received from the citizens of Hempfield Township and by the Board of Supervisors with respect to the proposed amendment(s).
