PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Municipality of Kingston will conduct their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. local time, at the Municipality of Kingston Municipal Building located at 500 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, PA 18704, in which a hearing will be held for the following: CASE NO. 5 OF 2026: To hear the request of Jayanne Czerniakowski and Mark Hoffman for a variance to allow the installation/construction of a new wooden split rail fence approximately four (4) Ft. high extending beyond the regulated limits allowed per Section 315.1 of the 2023 Kingston Zoning Ordinance at their property located at 288 Frederick Street, Kingston, PA 18704. The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. Persons with disabilities who wish to attend should contact the Municipality of Kingston at secretary@kingstonpa.org or phone (570) 288-4576 Ext. 112.
