PUBLIC NOTICE UCC APPEAL (CONTINUED HEARING) Notice is hereby given that Wright Township, Luzerne County, will hold a continued hearing before the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Board of Appeals on the appeal of IGE Performance Chemicals, LLC regarding a Notice of Violation/Stop Work Order for the property at 1050 Crestwood Drive, Mountaintop, PA. The hearing was originally held January 27, 2026 and will continue Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Wright Township Municipal Building, 321 South Mountain Blvd., Mountaintop, PA.
