PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD HEARING The Wright Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Wright Township Municipal Building, 321 S. Mountain Boulevard, Mountaintop, PA on the following petitions: Applicant: EXPEDITE THE DIEHL, LLC 6487 Hilliard Drive, Canal Winchester, OH 43110 request for a variance of section 145-1005 number of signs at 219 South Mountain Blvd. Applicant: Gerald Orloski, 580 Woodlawn Ave., Mountain Top, PA 18707 for a variance to section 145-302(b) location of garage. Applicant: IGE Performance Chemicals, LLC 1050 Crestwood Drive, Mountaintop, PA continued hearing from Feb. 27th as per applicant request for special exception to section 145-202 use for heavy industry and appeal of the 12-9-2025 Zoning Officers decision regarding zoning use. These applications are available for inspection in the Zoning Office during the scheduled hours.
