PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Plumstead Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building, 5186 Stump Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania to consider the application of Gregory and Viktoria Ageyev concerning a property located on Ferry Road, Plumstead Township, Pennsylvania also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 34-020-016. The Property is located in the Township's VC – Village Center Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking the following variances: (1) from Section 27-2401.8.A to permit 74.2% disturbance to steep slopes of 15% to 25% where 30% disturbance is permitted; (2) from Section 27-2401.8.B to permit 43.3% disturbance to steep slopes of 26% or greater where 15% disturbance is permitted and (3) from Section 27-2401.9 to permit 63.2% disturbance of forested areas where 40% disturbance is permitted. The application and any filed accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building. Scott A.
