until 02:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, May 07,
2026, and then opened and read for “Tract
3C/D Sanitary Sewer for Cedar Port
Navigation and Improvement District” via
conference at 03:30 p.m. CST, Chambers
County, Texas. More information regarding
the electronic bid submittal can be found at
www.CivcastUSA.com. Cedar Port Naviga-
tion and Improvement District will accept
