REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Crystal Clear Special Utility District (CCSUD) will receive sealed proposals for the Old Bastrop Water Main project until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Sealed proposals will be received on CivCast only. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be accepted. All submitted proposals will remain inaccessible on CivCast until the proposal deadline. There will not be a public bid opening for this project; however, proposal results will be available on CivCast after the opening. This project consists of approximately 15,000 linear feet of 16-inch water main along Old Bastrop Highway in Hays and Comal Counties. Project components include gate valves, air release valves, tie-ins to existing water mains and reconnecting water meters. Portions of the pipeline will be installed in public right-of-way and across existing Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) and gas line easements. T
