INVITATION FOR BID
The City of Athens, Texas, will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in the Finance Department, 508 E. Tyler Street, Athens, Texas 75751. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Finance Department of the Athens City Hall, 508 E. Tyler Street, Athens, Texas for the following:

• IFB26-3401 Cain Center Court Resurfacing

Bid documents are available in the Finance Department, 508 East Tyler Street, Athens, Texas 75751, or electronic copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) may be obtained from the City of Athens website: www.athenstx.gov.
