INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by Bethel Ash WSC for the Water?s Edge Ranch Elevated Tank Painting at the office of Velvin & Weeks Consulting Engineers, Inc whose mailing and physical address is 930 E. Corsicana St., Athens, Tx 75751 until March 3, 2026 at 2:00pm and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Project will include, but not limited to the following:

Sand Blasting and Re-Coating of Tank/Riser Interior Surface of Elevated Tank Sweep Blasting and Over-Coating of the Exterior Surface of the Elevated Tank and Replacing Tank Logo

Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS.
