ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the General Manager of Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 7, 2650 FM 407 East, Suite 125, Bartonville, TX 76226 for the following procurement: "2026 Concrete Road and Sidewalk Repair in the Lantana Project". The construction work includes approximately 42,018 SF of concrete street and curb repairs and improvements, along with 1,328 SF of sidewalk repairs and associated work within the Lantana master-planned community in south Denton County, Texas. Detailed plans and specifications may be obtained electronically after 10am on Monday, March 30th, 2026 from CIVCAST (https://www.civcastusa.com/). Inquiries may be made on CIVCAST. Bids will be received electronically on CIVCAST until 2pm, Friday, April 10th, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at that time.
