TOWN OF BARTONVILLEADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSBid Due: February 24th, 2026, at 2:00 PMProject Name: EAST JETER ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PHASE 3Project No.: 72057Project Location: TOWN OF BARTONVILLE, TXThe Town of Bartonville, Texas, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which involves the reconstruction of approximately 2,400 LF of East Jeter Road. The project consists of approximately 6,600 SY of 6” (2” Type D on 4” Type B) HMAC pavement on a 6” flex base subgrade, and two double 24” diameter culverts crossings under Jeter Road. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 by the Town Secretary, Town of Bartonville, 1941 E Jeter Road, Bartonville, Texas 76226. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read at 2:05 PM on the same day in the Bartonville Town Hall Conference Room. Copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained free of charge by the prospective bidders at www.civcastusa.com under the following project name “ East Jeter Road Reconstruction Phase 3 ”.
