NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION FOR SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) will conduct an online public auction of its surplus property through Rene Bates Auctioneers. The auction will be held pursuant to the Local Government Code 263.152. All items can be viewed on the online auction site https://www.renebates.com. The auction will begin on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST and end Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The inspection will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 1:30 PM CST to 4:00 PM CST and Friday, May 8, 2026, from 8:30 AM CST to 11:30 AM CST at PCCA Maintenance Building, 4985 Rincon, Corpus Christi, Texas. PCCA employees escorting potential buyers are not authorized to answer any questions pertaining to any vehicle, equipment or miscellaneous items offered for auction. Bidders for this auction must register at the website and by taking part in the bidding process, acknowledge that they fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the site and agree to be bound thereby. The payment terms of the sale are posted on the website. Removal shall take place between the hours of 9:00 AM CST and 3:00 PM CST on Friday, May 15, 2026. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of the removal of the purchased items, including loading and transportation from PCCA property. Buyers must produce proof of purchase and payment in order for PCCA to release the item. Vehicle titles and keys will not be released without proper authorization documentation.
