CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK
Sealed Qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction of the 2025 bond program project – New Elementary School #6 for the Argyle Independent School District will be received at the Argyle ISD Administration Building, Attention: Dr. Courtney Carpenter, Superintendent of Schools, 6701 Canyon Falls Drive, Flower Mound, Texas, 76226, until 10:00 am (Local Time), Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Proposals received by hand delivery or mail after that time will be returned unopened.
No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
The Request for Qualifications will be released not later than March 9, 2026, and be available from
