NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALSCompetitive Sealed Proposals for Renovations of the Baseball and Softball Concessions and Fields at the existing Argyle Middle School for the Argyle Independent School District will be received at the Argyle ISD Administration Building, Attention: Dr. Courtney Carpenter, Superintendent of Schools, 6701 Canyon Falls Drive, Flower Mound, Texas, 76226, until 2:00 pm (Local Time), Thursday, April 23, 2026. Proposals received by hand delivery or mail after that time will be returned unopened.
A pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held at the existing Baseball and Softball Complex located on the campus of the current Argyle Middle School, 191 US Hwy 377, Argyle, TX 76226 on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged by all proposers.
No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
