RECEIPT OF BIDS
Competitive Sealed bids for the construction of Paving, Drainage and Street Light Improvements for Crowley ISD Middle School No. 5 will be received by Teague Nall & Perkins, Inc. at:

until 2 P.M.. CST, Thursday, March 26, 2026.  
Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the time and place mentioned above. 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 
540 L.F. of 9'x5' Reinforced Box Culvert; 2,200 L.F. of 21"- 42" RCP; 8,500 S.Y. of 10" Concrete Pavement
PREQUALIFICATION
The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 00 21 13 – INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
DOCUMENT EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENTS
Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications, have been prepared for this project and may be obtained at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., The Contract Documents may be examined without charge in the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Copies of the Bidding and Contract Documents may be obtained from Teague Nall & Perkins; 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Fort Worth Texas 76137.  A digital link to the plans and specifications will be provided to respective plan holders as requested and the requestor will be placed on the plan holder list. 
DEVELOPER/CITY'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS
Crowley I.S.D. & City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids.
