Bids are invited for sewer improvements at Royse City ISD.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ROYSE CITY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
PROJECT:
ROYSE CITY ISD WORTHY FATE HIGH SCHOOL OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
Competitive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of "ROYSE CITY ISD WORTHY FATE HIGH SCHOOL OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS" will be received at the Teague, Nall and Perkins, 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Suite 100 Fort Worth, Texas 76137, until 2 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work required.
The improvements under this contract include the following approximate quantities:
9,800 L.F. of 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe
3,300 L.F. of 15" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe
40 Each - 5' Diameter Sanitary Sewer Manhole
Contract Documents (including Plans and Special Contract Documents) have been prepared for this project and may be obtained at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76137. These documents may also be examined without charge at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fifth Edition including all current amendments), as published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), also comprise a part of the Contract Documents for this project and may be purchased at the offices of NCTCOG in Arlington, Texas. 
Royse City ISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. A Bid security is required in accordance with the contract documents. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
