Fort Worth Independent School District Notice is hereby given that the Fort Worth Independent School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive Request for Proposal responses for RFP 26-071 (Small Kitchen Equipment) until 2:00 pm CST, Monday, May 20th, 2026 in the Procurement Services Department, 7060 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, TX, 76116. The Request for Proposal, full specifications, and full evaluation criteria may be obtained at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/SourcingEvents.aspx?SourceType=1 beginning Friday, April 20,2026 at 2:00pm CST. All responses should be submitted through the digital eBid software. Contact Procurement Services at (817)814-2223 with any issues accessing the documents. All goods will be obtained through a fully executed purchase order. The evaluation criteria and associated points can be found in the RFP document and include price, reputation, product quality, extent to which the Offer's goods meet the needs of the district, and past vendor performance. The Fort Worth Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in any solicitation or in the solicitation process.
