PUBLIC NOTICE Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba Harmony School of Excellence – Fort Worth, open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for a Public Improvements Project at the HSE Fort Worth project in Fort Worth, Texas. The project scope of work includes construction of public waterlines and connections, construction of sanitary sewer line and connection, right turn lane, traffic signal, and other related public improvements as specified in the project documents. (#HPS2026_HSE Fort Worth – CFA Public Improvements). Bid proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on May 21st, 2026, through Harmony's e-bid system, and will be opened at that date and time via video conference meeting. Refer to bid package.
