(GISD) will be accepting Competitive Sealed
Proposals and Digital Proposals for various
trades related to the Renovation Ball High
School South until 5:00 P
.M. on Friday May 1st,
2026, at the office of the Construction Manag-
er as an Advisor (CMa), Coltzer Co., located at
1027 Tremont, Galveston, Texas 77550. Instruc-
tion to Bidders and Construction Documents
can be acquired by contacting Coltzer Com-
