REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOS- ALS BALL HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH RENOVATIONS Galveston Independent School District The Galveston Independent School District (GISD) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals and Digital Proposals for various trades related to the Renovation Ball High School South until 5:00 P .M. on Thursday March 26th , 2026, at the office of the Construction Manager as an Advisor (CMa), Coltzer Co., lo- cated at 1027 Tremont, Galveston,Texas 77550. Instruction to Bidders and Construction Docu- ments can be acquired by contacting Coltzer Company through Lidija Bikova at LBikova@ WHColtzer.com on or before March 25th, 2026. Scopes of work to be bid at this time are limited to: BP#7 - 2-story addition with gang restrooms and elevator pit/shaft and a separate 1-story scene shop addition.Scope includes structural steel fabrications and erection, floor decking, roof decking and roof access ladders. This specifically excludes window/door openings,
