Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, TX will receive competitive, sealed bids for:RFQ No. 2026-09 Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services forthe Harlingen Multi-Purpose Recreation CenterThe City of Harlingen is seeking qualified professional design services for the developmentof a new Multi-Purpose Recreation Center aimed at expanding recreational opportunities andpromoting community health and wellness.
