PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE / INSPECTION SERVICES REFUGIO COUNTY, TEXAS DUE FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners' Court of Refugio County, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to serve as an Owner's Representative providing professional inspection services for the Austwell Pier and Bayside Boat Ramp projects. The Owner intends to select the most qualified firm based on demonstrated competence and experience in managing projects of similar size and complexity. The deadline for submission of RFQs is Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. which shall be sent to Priscilla Zuniga via e-bid at https://www.beaconbid.com/ solicitations/refugio-county Responses received after this date and time will not be accepted.
