NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
As-Needed Electrical Services
The Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide as-needed electrical services for properties owned by the HASA.
Proposal Submission Deadline:
All sealed proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Submissions shall be clearly labeled “RFP – As-Needed Electrical Services” delivered to:

All proposals must be received during regular business hours.
