Howard College seeks proposals for health professions renovations in San Angelo.

Advertisement for Competitive Sealed Proposals
CSP #26-008 – San Angelo Health Professions Renovations
Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received by Howard College, 3501 US-67 N, Room 128, San Angelo 76905, in the office of the Provost (telephone: 325-481-8300 ext. 3275, until 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, for renovation of open space to accommodate the Health Professions Programs on the San Angelo campus located at 3501 US-67 N, San Angelo, TX 76905.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in the SAA-108 Conference Room in the Academic Building at the Howard College San Angelo campus at 3501 US-67 N, San Angelo, TX 76905.
Drawings and Specifications along with the checklist of required items and conflict resolution policy will be available beginning Friday, April 17, 2026, from J. Phillip Furqueron, Architect, 407 Charismatic Drive, Midland, Texas 79705 (telephone: 432-270 3646). PDF copies will be provided at no charge. A $200.00 deposit will be required for full-sized printed sets.
The scope of work consists of renovation of approximately 12,500 sq. ft. of open floor space at the WTTC building on the Howard College San Angelo campus.
Howard College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions—in whole or in part—to waive any informality or technicality in any submission received, and to accept the submission deemed most advantageous to the institution and offering the best overall value. A submission does not constitute a guarantee of award. The institution reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
