Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Harmony Public Schools, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project in San Antonio, Texas involving a ground up construction of a 58,149 square foot elementary school facility including parking lot, playgrounds and landscap- ing. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents (#HPS2627-HSAResearchPark- Phase1-CMAR) and meeting any and all codes required. The School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sec- tions 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
