The contractor selected to assist NRA with this project will receive work orders from the NRA Contract Administrator. The proposed outcome of the project is improved reliability and water quality of wastewater in the Calliham area of McMullen County, Texas.Contract Documents including proposal and contract forms, technical specifications, and site plan drawings are available electronically via the internet at no charge athttp://www.civcastusa.com.Potential bidders obtaining electronic copies of the Contract Documents via the internet must register withhttp://www.civcastusa.comto ensure receipt of any addenda or other communication that may be issued.McMullen County Commissioners Court may award a public works contract for the Project as allowed by law to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and all Sealed Proposals received and to waive any and all formalities in regard thereto.
