ADVERTISEMENT FORSEALED PROPOSALSCalliham Water Well Project: Re-BidMcMullen County, TexasNRA Project No. 2026-02-2McMullen County will receive Sealed Proposals on the Construction of a New Potable Water Well capable of producing 250 gallons per minute minimum.Sealed Proposals must be clearly marked with the project name and must be delivered to, County Judge's Administrative Assistant at the McMullen County Courthouse, 501 River St., Tilden, Texas 78702 on or before 2:00 PM, March 24, 2026, when all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.McMullen County has contracted with the Nueces River Authority to administer the Utilities Capital Improvement Program. The contractor selected to assist NRA with this project will receive work orders from the NRA Contract Administrator. The proposed outcome of the project is improved reliability and water quality in the Calliham area of McMullen County, Texas.Contract Documents including proposal and contract forms, technical specifications, and site plan drawings are available electronically via the internet at no charge at http://www.civcastusa.com.Potential bidders obtaining electronic copies of the Contract Documents via the internet must register withhttp://www.civcastusa.comat no charge to ensure receipt of any addenda or other communication that may be issued.McMullen County Commissioners Court may award a public works contract for the Project as allowed by law to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid and reserves the right to reject any and all Sealed Proposals received and to waive any and all formalities in regard thereto.
