BAGLEY VS RUBEN VELIZ, JEAN MAY, GERALD MAY, DEBRA MCGOWEN, COLEMAN BROCKETT, & COREY MOORE IN THE 355TH DISTRICT COURT OF HOOD COUNTY, TEXAS. TO: RUBEN VELIZ, GERALD MAY, Executor or Personal Representative or any heirs of the deceased Defendants' Estates. Ruby Veliz GREETINGS: WHEREAS, in the 355th DISTRICT COURT of Hood County, Texas, a suggestion of death of defendant RUBEN VELIZ, AND GERALD MAY has been entered of record in the above styled and numbered cause and whereas it appears that Ruby Veliz may be an heir of Ruben Veliz and whereas Tabitha Martin and Kayha Martin (or Kayla Martin) may be heirs of Gerald May and whereas both individuals may have other unknown heirs and that said suit shall proceed against such administrators or executors or heirs.
