IN THIS CAUSE it is made to appear to the Court by the Affidavit of Mallory Hastings, agent for the Chilton County Department of Human Resources.
It further appears that the Petition alleges the said child(ren) to be dependent and in need of the protection of the State of Alabama. Therefore, the Petitioner is requesting the parental rights be terminated and permanent custody of the said 
child(ren) be vested in the State Department of Human Resources for adoptive purposes.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that publication be made in the Herald Banner, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Greenville, Texas, Hunt County, in the State of Texas, four (4) consecutive weeks requiring Wesley Tennyson Jr. and/or any unknown fathers of Triniti Tennyson, born December 23, 2009 and Cale Trenton Tennyson, born July 29, 2012, to appear and plead to, answer, and demure to the Petition in said cause(s) before the 10th day of March, 2026 at the Chilton County Courthouse, Clanton Alabama at 09:00 a.m.
