IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF CHILTON COUNTY, ALABAMA IN THE MATTER OF ) ) Case No.: JU-2024-000072.02 ) TENNYSON TRINITI LEIGH ) and IN THE MATTER OF ) ) Case No.: JU-2024-000071.02 TENNYSON CALE TRENTON ) PUBLICATION ORDER IN THIS CAUSE it is made to appear to the Court by the Affidavit of Mallory Hastings, agent for the Chilton County Department of Human Resources. It further appears that the Petition alleges the said child(ren) to be dependent and in need of the protection of the State of Alabama. Therefore, the Petitioner is requesting the parental rights be terminated and permanent custody of the said child(ren) be vested in the State Department of Human Resources for adoptive purposes.
