The lawsuit is for causes of action against defendant Devante Dionne Lott and others, jointly and severally, for bodily injuries and property damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident and collision on or about February 27, 2021.	In the said motor vehicle accident, Defendants negligently ran a STOP sign and crashed into Plaintiff Mr. Herbert Lawrence Polinard, Jr. at the intersection of Euclid and Lexington in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Defendants rammed their vehicle in "t-bone" fashion into Mr. Polinard' s vehicle, causing Mr. Polinard to suffer substantial bodily injury and property damages, and causing Mrs. Irene Polinard loss of consortium. Plaintiffs seek personal injury and property damages in excess of $1,000,000.00.	This citation shall be served by the sheriff or any constable of any county of the State of Texas or by the clerk of the court in which the case is pending, by having the same published ONCE each week for FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, the first publication to be at least 28 days before the return of the citation.
