ORDINANCE NO. 1772 - AN ORDI- NANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAY CITY, TEX- AS AMENDING CHAPTER 22 “BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REG- ULATIONS” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES IS AMENDED BY ADOPTING REVI- SIONS TO ARTI- CLE XI “VACANT BUILDINGS AND PROPERTIES” TO THE CITY OF BAY CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULA- TION OF VACANT BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY; RE- PEALING ALL RE- LATED ORDINANC- ES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE- WITH; PROVIDING FOR A SEVER- ABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND PRESCRIBING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
