BAY CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FUNDING NOTICE In accordance with Texas Statutory Law, notice is here- by given that the Bay City Commu- nity Development Corporation has approved explor- ing the following project for fund- ing: an Aquatics Center Project in- cluding funding participation from other local gov- ernmental entities, with project par- ticipation includ- ing a $3,000,000 contribution from Matagorda Coun- ty, a $3,000,000 contribution (con- sisting of funds and real estate) from the City of Bay City, and pos- sible funding of $3,000,000 from New Market Tax Credits; total proj- ect cost estimated at $15,000,000, with BCCDC's partici- pation in the proj- ect estimated at $6,000,000.
