NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA FOR GRANTING TAX ABATEMENT IN REINVESTMENT ZONES AND/OR ENTERPRISE ZONES CREATED IN MATAGORDA COUNTY. The Matagorda County Commis- sioners Court will hold a public hearing regarding approval of the adoption of guidelines and crite- ria for granting Tax Abatement in rein- vestment zones and enterprise zones cre- ated in Matagorda County The hearing will include discus- sion of tax and/or other business in- centives available in Matagorda County. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and present their views.
