CITY OF MCLENDON-CHISHOLM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE STATE HIGHWAY 205 OVERLAY DISTRICT ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT: The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed ordinance amending Article 5, "Special Districts," Section 5.2, entitled "State Highway 205 Overlay District" of the City's Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment relates specifically to provisions governing temporary signs within the overlay district. The amendment will modify regulations to allow for an additional temporary sign per tenant or unit and establish a requirement that such signs be removed within thirty (30) days following the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
